I was a customer with a broken garage door and operator long before I became an EMPLOYEE of Ann Arbor Door Systems. My experiece as a customer led me to seek employment through the company. The very over used statement "we are like family" fails to describe the amount of appreciciation, understanding and hightened expectations this company has as a collective unit, this permiates on to every aspect of doing our job, including the customer relations. Super easy to schedule an appt, serviceman showed up within the first hour of estimate time. Brian was helpful, nice, and professional. I had a great experience with these folks. Had a AA Door that the cable came off the spool today. Called at 9:30 and they offered to come later between 12 and 3. Warranty service as the door was less than 1 year old, and the tech was able to adjust the slide on the door so it wasnt such a lurch. Took all of about 25 minutes and it was smooth sailing. Thanks folks!
